The last 2 times have been the Worst pedicures I have ever received. They try tonnage up for lack of skill, with more massage.
I feel bad because they are family owned and I would've loved to support them, but I won't be returning.
This is literally the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. It took her an hour and I walked out in worst shape than when I went in.
Went in for gel manicure and 3 days later my nails began to peel. I returned to the salon to have it fixed and they agreed, however, I asked to keep the same color (clear) but she proceeded to paint them pink, when I asked her to stop, she refused. I tried to explain what was happening to the owner, and he refused to get involved and told me to settle it with the technician, when I approached her, she turned her back on me. Beyond poor customer service, I would not recommend this salon.
Acrylic with gel manicure and spa pedicure not worth $68. Nails are sore to the touch and a few of my fingers have slices on the skin next to the side of my nail (manicure performed by the owner). Once I told the owner that it hurt and not to spray the alcohol on my fingers, he did it anyway (imagine the feeling of hand sanitizer on a cut). The painting of the manicure was by the owner's wife who didn't paint the complete nail, only the top and tried to skimp on the design (I pretty much had to say what to do even with, supposedly, "her own design" right in front of her). The pedicure wasn't worth the price, there were maybe five clips of the nails and two scrubs of the heel with a foot scrub.

She cut the corners off each toenail, left jagged edges and huge gaps. I'm actually worried I'll get ingrown nails because of this experience. And her attempt at painting the nails looked worse than if a 5 year old had done it. I finally told her to remove the polish so I could leave. I'm home now trying to fix the damage myself.
