Waisted money and time. Now I understand why the parking lot was empty. Smug, self-absorbed doctor left my boy in grave danger. A real professional operated immediately and just in time. Shame on all associated with this group.
I can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff here. They treat your pets as family, just like you would. In an emergency situation they took Spike in immediately to the treatment area, gave him oxygen and the life saving care he needed. While that was happening someone was with me making sure I was ok and offering me comfort as well. No money was requested up front, their only concern was for the well being of my Dog. I highly recommend them!

Had to go there for my mom's dog was very sick. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with cancer and had to put her to sleep. They were the best and very compassionate. Thank you
We must have caught her on a bad day last time, and Lord knows that even the best of us can have those. Everyone deserves a second chance. I'm so glad that we took him to see her and we are very thankful that he is feeling so much better with the treatment she recommended!!!!
I took my baby boy to 3 different vet offices before finding VCF and couldn't be more blessed to have found them. The entire staff whether it's over the phone or in person have been absolutely phenomenal, caring, compassionate and genuinely concerned for my boy's health my peace of mind and the financial aspect by always thoroughly laying down the plan and taking it one step at a time never pressuring me into anything I don't feel comfortable with. I am proud to call VCF my vet office and recommend them with all my heart to any pet parent who is looking for quality and care.
This was our second time seeing Dr Katie, and I'm glad we did. The first time and impression weren't great, but our 12 year old lab was really sick and we wanted someone who had seen him in his normal healthy state before this incident.
Most importantly the result: The old guy has been on the prescribed medication now for one full week. HE FEELS SO MUCH BETTER THAT HE IS ALMOST KEEPING UP WITH THE 1 1/2 YEAR OLD PUPPY! AMAZING!!!!! We are overjoyed that he is doing so well, and it is all due to the excellent care we received from Dr Katie and her staff.
The staff listened to our concerns, Dr Katie did as well, and although she wasn't sure about the diagnosis without further testing and biopsy, Dr Katie talked us through her thought process, what she felt may be going on with him, and why. She took her time, was courteous and respectful, and asked questions. We were asked what we thought and what we wanted for him, and then she THOROUGHLY discussed with us the additional testing and treatment options for the differential diagnoses.
